Heyyy! I’m so happy you’re here! My name is Melissa and I'm an accomplished Senior Creative based in magical and crazy Brooklyn, New York. With extensive experience in both digital and print, I’m a passionate visual storyteller with a killer eye for detail and a love for creating designs and experiences that are thoughtful and engaging.
For the past few years I've worked in the Diet, Health & Wellness industry strategizing, concepting and creating everything from E-Commerce Websites to Digital Marketing Campaigns to Printed Customer Experience Materials. Before that—it was Snowboard Graphics, Brand Catalogs, Apparel Graphics and more.
In addition my own design career, I'm super passionate about inspiring other graphic designers and visual artists to explore their creativity and to command love in everything that they do. As a design educator I've taught every course you can imagine—from Intro to Graphic Design to Senior Capstone Portfolio. In addition to teaching the technical and conceptual aspects of design, I strongly emphasize the necessity of listening to your unique creative voice while developing a style that reflects your personal interests and goals. I make sure all of my students are excited about what they create and who they create it for.
